Mr. Luis Alberto Cruz is the President/CEO of the Corporation, who holds an Architectural degree from the University of Chile, and takes full responsibility for the assets, liabilities and owner's equity, along with the full signing authority of the Corporation. Mr. Luis A. Cruz has a title in the Corporation as an International Design & Planning Consultant. He is a non-registered Architect in British Columbia, and has over 42 year’s experience in the Construction Industry and in the Real Estate Market in British Columbia, Canada. Mr. Luis A. Cruz was born 06 December 1943, and is a father of four children and currently lives in Surrey, British Columbia, Canada with his family. Mr. Luis A. Cruz has also studied at the VCC Vancouver Community College in 1974 (English & Math); The Royal Architectural Institute (Vancouver) in 1994 for 2 years (Architecture); Kwantlen Polytechnic University (Vancouver) in 1997 for 4 years (Structural-Architectural-Surveying CADD - Computer Aided Drafting & Design/Math & English); and CCTI - Corporate Communications Training Institute (Vancouver) in 2000 for 1 year (Business Administration, Graphic Design, Web Design, Marketing).

is Luis Alberto Cruz's middle son who is known as an Independent International Design & Planning Consultant, a VP Vice President of Technology Management in the Corporation. Luis Jr. (a.k.a. " Ross") has a background in Autocad Training and holds certification from Kwantlen Polytechnic University. Luis Jr. has also been trained at the CCTI Corporate Communications Training Institute, at the Bental Centre 3, in Vancouver British Columbia. He currently holds five certificates from that Institution in Information Technology, Web Design, Digital Production, Marketing, Programming, and Networking Systems. He was a student at the University of British Columbia at the Sauder School of Business in the Real Estate Trading Services Program. Luis Jr. has over 37 years of experience in the Construction Industry and Real Estate Market in Surrey, British Columbia, Canada. Luis Jr. is currently single, never been married, never had children and lives in Surrey, British Columbia. He was born in Temuco Chile, South America.
