Andesur Development Corporation was incorporated on 24 August 1999, and since it's incorporation, has created two divisions. The first Division is called Cruz & Associates, concerned with Architectural, Design, and Planning Services for Residential, Commercial and Industrial Project Developments, with Home Design and Tenant Improvements. The Second Division in the corporation is the Proarteck Plotting & Reprographics Services, mostly responsible for the ongoing internal reprographic needs of the Corporation. This includes, Information Technology and Information Services necessary for the implementation, process and production of Network and Computer Systems necessary for the publication of large format, oversize format, tabloid, and letter size formats for documentation and Architectural plan plotting services, for clients projects, exclusive to ADC.

Andesur Development Corporation has been working, over the years, in various municipalities throughout the Greater Vancouver and Fraser Valley Region. These municipalities include: City of Surrey, Corporation of Delta, City of Vancouver, Township of Langley, District of Squamish, City of Burnaby, North Vancouver and Harrison Hot Springs Village and Resort, etc.
